Description:

Performers ages 12 and up have a chance to show off their talent in singing, dancing, comedy, storytelling, music, and more at the Willow Theatre. Participants must register in advance at the front desk of the Community Center. Resident registration begins 4 weeks prior (non-resident 3 weeks prior).

Embark on a journey of the ancestry and evolution of Flamenco through time. From its origins in Andalusia, Spain, this performance portrays the traditional feminine arm- movement, castanets, and the new powerful footwork of the Bulerias. This exciting performance takes you through an array of dances, colorful costumes, deep song, and soulful guitar that bring to life the art of Flamenco from its glorious past to the present. Description:

Founded by the late Anselmo Vidal, this 14-piece orchestra sizzles on stage performing traditional Latin Jazz Big Band genres of the 50s and 60s, playing music made famous by such greats as Tito Puente and Tito Rodriguez. This performance will be in the Maple Room, with a dance floor to move to the Mambo, Cha Cha, Bolero, and more.
