What are the Willow Theatre Box Office hours?
The Box Office hours are Tuesday-Friday 10:00am-1:00pm and 5:00pm-8:00pm, Saturdays 1:00pm-5:00pm. The Box Office also is open 1 hour prior to any performance up through intermission.
How big is the Willow Theatre?
The Willow Theatre is an intimate 155 seat proscenium indoor theatre. The theatre can get chilly at times, so additional clothing is recommended.

I can’t come to a show and I would like to give my tickets to someone else. What should I do?
Please contact the Box Office at your earliest convenience.
I lost my tickets. What do I do?
Arrive the day/night of the ticketed performance. We can reprint your tickets. Notify the Box Office ahead of time, and be sure to bring a photo ID with you.
Does the Willow Theatre mail tickets?
When tickets are purchased over the phone, they are held at will call until picked up.
Can I reserve tickets and pay for them later?
All tickets ordered over the phone and in person must be paid for at time of order.
Does my child/infant need a seat?
Every person entering the Willow Theatre must have a ticket. This includes toddlers and infants.
Are strollers allowed inside the theatre?
Fire code restrictions prevent strollers from being brought into the theatre. Infants may be brought in carriers and placed on the ticketed seat.
Are folding chairs able to be brought into the theatre for additional seating?
The Willow Theatre offers 155 fixed seats and 4 wheelchair spaces. In remaining compliant with the fire code, additional seating is not permitted.
How do I get in contact with a group performing at the Willow Theatre?

Do you offer group rate ticketing?

My child or I want to be in one of your shows. Who can we contact?
To audition with any particular group, you would have to contact the group directly. Contact the Box Office and we will be happy to provide you with contact information.
The community center does offer children’s acting classes and camps. Please call 561-347-3900 for more details.
How do I receive a listing of upcoming shows or join the mailing list?
Once you purchase tickets you are placed on our mailing list. At this time, we can only send out brochures to local patrons currently on our mailing list, those having had purchased tickets in the last 3 years. Please visit us in the Community Center to pick up a hard copy of the brochure, or click on Cultural Arts Brochure on the navigation bar to download your own copy.
Are food and drinks allowed in the theatre?
All food and drink must be consumed outside the theatre. We need everyone’s help in keeping our theatre looking pristine.
