Hours of Operation

Tuesday-Friday 10am-1pm & 5pm-8pm,
Saturdays 1pm-5pm as well as one (1) hour prior to performances.

If you receive the voicemail during Box Office hours, it means we are assisting another patron.

**The Box Office is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day with morning hours only on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
 

Payment Options

Tickets for all Willow Theatre performances can be purchased in person at the Willow Theatre Box Office with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Purchases made over the phone require a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Theatre features reserved seating unless otherwise specified.

Will Call

All tickets purchased over the phone will be held at the Box Office. Please present a valid form of identification (drivers license or other form of picture ID) to claim your tickets and sign your credit card slip. 
 

Wheelchair Assistance

Willow Theatre is equipped with four (4) wheelchair accessible spots. Seating for companions is located adjacent to these spots. Please request this seating arrangement when purchasing tickets. Adjacent seats subject to availability.

Please note: The wheelchair accessible spaces have no seat. There is a space for a wheelchair to be parked.  Only patrons with wheelchairs may use this area.

 

Hearing Enhancement

Willow Theatre provides hearing enhancement devices: An analog FM system, and a digital infarred system. If you or anyone in your party requires an enhancement device, stop by the Box Office on the day/night of your ticketed performance. Device reservations are on a first come, first served basis. Please be prepared to leave a form of collateral (drivers license preferred) with the Box Office when picking up an enhancement device.
